Your Role
To build, manage, and continuously improve the HR operations foundation of FPRT.
This role combines HR administration, payroll coordination, HR system management, and analytics.
The specialist ensures that all HR processes, data, and digital tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll, reporting) work seamlessly together — creating an efficient, transparent, and compliant HR ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration
Collect and verify employee data for employment contracts and send it to Azets for preparation.
Review contracts for accuracy before sending them to employees.
Register new employees in the TopDanmark insurance system and ensure updates for changes (hires, exits, leaves).
Maintain HR documentation and folder structure on the Shared Drive — delete outdated files, standardize names and formats, and ensure easy navigation.
Keep all HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, reporting) described, stored, and updated in one central location.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with Danish labor law and GDPR.
Support employees and managers with administrative HR queries.
2. Payroll Coordination
Coordinate payroll with Azets, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
Verify payroll reports, including salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Reconcile payroll data and support audits with full documentation.
Ensure compliance with tax, pension, and social contributions.
3. HR Systems Management (HRIS & ATS)
Maintain order and data integrity in the Teamtailor system — ensure all positions, candidates, and stages are correctly tracked.
Support configuration and integration of the HRIS (e.g., SAP or other selected system) to streamline HR processes.
Manage user access, workflows, and data synchronization across systems.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system improvements.
4. HR Reporting & Analytics
Create an automated HR reporting environment with dashboards (e.g., in SAP / Power BI).
Ensure real-time visibility of key HR metrics: headcount, hires, turnover, absenteeism, etc.
Support CHRO in providing data for decision-making.
Identify process bottlenecks and propose digital or procedural improvements.
Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or payroll coordination (preferably in manufacturing).
Hands-on experience with HR tools: HRIS (SAP preferably), ATS, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
Experience coordinating with external payroll providers (Azets or similar) would be good.
Strong data accuracy, structure, and documentation mindset.
Knowledge of Danish labor law, GDPR, and HR best practices.
Fluent in English and Danish.

Payroll process runs fully on time and error-free (in coordination with Azets).
Teamtailor and HRIS fully configured and maintained, with all data accurate and up to date.
All HR processes are documented, standardized, and accessible.
Automated HR dashboard available to managers (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
All employee insurance and contracts processed without delays or discrepancies.
Positive feedback from management and Azets on process transparency and accuracy.
