Your Role
The Recruiter (Production & Operations) is responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified candidates for blue-collar, technical, and operational roles within production, operations, and security teams.
This position plays a key role in building a strong and reliable workforce to support ramp-up and stable operations in a high-tech and safety-critical manufacturing environment.
Reports to: CHRO
Core Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment for Operations
Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles in production, operations, logistics, warehouse, and security (operators, supervisors, technicians, guards, and maintenance staff).
Prepare and post job ads in Danish and English on relevant job boards, social media, and local platforms.
Screen applications, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
2. Talent Sourcing & Local Market Engagement
Actively source candidates through job centers, trade schools, unions, and professional networks.
Build partnerships with local educational institutions and municipalities to create sustainable talent pipelines.
Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for recurring roles across operations and security.
3. Process & Quality
Follow recruitment standards, documentation, and GDPR requirements.
Maintain recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and retention in the first 6 months.
Support improvement of job descriptions, interview templates, and onboarding materials.
4. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Production, Operations, and Security Managers to understand role requirements.
Provide regular updates to the CHRO on recruitment progress and challenges.
Represent the company professionally to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, operations, or security sectors.
Proven track record of high-volume hiring for blue-collar and operational roles.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills; familiarity with ATS tools (HiBob, Teamtailor, etc.) is an advantage.
Understanding of Danish labor law and collective agreements is a plus.
Fluent in English and Danish

Average time-to-hire ≤ 20 days for operational roles.
Retention rate after 6 months ≥ 90%.
